I like their purses and jewelry. Not bad prices and if you have one of their purses you can get a discount on a new one if you trade the old one in.

I was tasked with shopping for items to use in a silent auction. I met with Karen and was amazing. She was patient and attentive and helped me curate 4 great packages to use in the auction. Karen made great recommendations and didn't make me feel rushed or taken advantage of. She even agreed to package it all up for me to pick up the following day because I had to leave.

Love this store❣ Great gift items! Love the purses and the shoes❣ You can even customize some of their jewelry and they can help you with that! I'll do that next time! Primo Customer Service! Ask for Jody at the Pasadena store! She was Really attentive, as are most of their employees, at all of the stores which I have been to...! But I particularly liked her energy...! They have delicious smelling parfum too & even hair clips! They having matching purses, wallets, sandals, shoes, key chains, compacts, eye glass cases, etc., all with the same print! They are Unbelievably Beautiful... and well made❣ Check out their Love and their Butterfly collections! 2 of my Favorites❣❣❣

If I could give it a higher rating, I would. Brighton is my favorite jewelry. Great quality. And I feel so welcomed by all the staff. It really feels like visiting friends. They are attentive to every customer.

This place is very nice and everything is so shiny. The employees were very helpful and professional. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Of course this is mainly for women but a husband can find lots of beautiful jewelry for his wife. They even offered us some cookies and a bottled water.
